We regularly host therapeutic classes and activities in art, crafts and drama.
These sessions are delivered to our network of over 140 disability support groups across Essex.

Our art activities can offer disabled individuals and carers an alternative medium for self-expression, positive
interactions, physical rehabilitation and space to come to terms with major life changes.
They also offer an opportunity for these individuals and their carers to participate in fun activities which reduce their
feelings of social isolation, increasing their network of friends and support.
We operate in Chelmsford, Basildon, Thurrock, Brentwood, Billericay, Southend District and Rochford District.
